Welcome to ZhatpatOrder! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our multi-tenant e-commerce platform and its related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Accounts and Roles

We provide different account access tiers (Super Admin, Shop Owner, Customer). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and secure.

  • Shop Owners: Must provide accurate owner details and store physical address upon onboarding. You are responsible for all products uploaded and transactions processed under your tenant slug.
  • Customers: Must provide correct shipping/billing details and contact numbers. Valid phone inputs must consist of digits only.
  • Account Lockout: For security reasons, entering an invalid password 3 consecutive times will automatically lock your account. An email with unlock instructions will be sent to the registered address.

2. Purchases and Payments

Customers can place orders on individual tenant stores. The platform facilitates order management and offline/online sale logging. All pricing, item details, and delivery notices are determined and maintained by the respective Shop Owners.

3. Order Cancellation

Both Customers and Shop Owners can request order cancellation. Cancelled orders will retain their record history in the orders list containing a cancellation note, timestamp, and the role of the cancelling user.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, uploading malicious files, or exploiting security boundaries. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any store or user account violating platform integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZhatpatOrder is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
