• Provide, maintain, and improve the services of ZhatpatOrder.
• Process transactions, track orders, and send order notifications.
• Authenticate users, enforce security policies, lock accounts after failed logins, and invalidate old sessions.
• Communicate with you regarding account updates, transactional notices, and customer support.

3. Security of Your Data

We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect your credentials and data. Password information is hashed using salted bcrypt, and sessions are encrypted using secure JWT keys. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Account Deletion & Rights

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your profile and data at any time. When you trigger deletion via your Profile settings, a verification link is sent to your email to confirm the request. Once verified, all your account records, store information, and order history are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.
